Uption Account Restricted and Transfers Continuously Cancelled

My Uption account has been restricted for money transfers from May 5, 2026 until June 12, 2026, and I still cannot use it properly. I am in the Philippines and I am trying to transfer money via GCash and bank transfer, but every time I attempt a transaction it is automatically cancelled and my account appears as restricted. I contacted Uption customer support and answered all the questions they asked me, but despite complying with their requests my account remains restricted and I have not received a clear resolution. I kindly request that the restriction on my Uption account be removed, that deposits be allowed again, and that money transfers to the Philippines via GCash and bank transfer be enabled so I can use my account normally.
