I have been using my Tango account with the username “freya” for about four months in the Philippines, and my account was suddenly suspended around midnight on April 5, 2026.
Since the suspension, I have not been able to log in or access my Tango account at all.
There is more than $5,000 in my Tango balance, and I urgently need to withdraw this money, as it is very important to me and my situation is becoming increasingly difficult.
I contacted Tango support regarding this issue, but I have not received any clear explanation or solution to help me recover my account or access my funds.
I still do not know why my account was suspended, and I feel helpless because my money is currently blocked.
I kindly request that my Tango account with the username “freya” be reviewed urgently, that my account be reinstated and fully restored so I can continue using it, and that I be allowed to withdraw all the funds in my balance.
I ask for a prompt and clear response and a solution so I can regain access to both my account and my funds.
