UPS Kargo Delivery Delay: Perishable Shipment Not Delivered
I am writing regarding a UPS shipment that has not been delivered and for which I cannot reach any responsible person. The shipment was sent to Aydın Didim Efeler Mahallesi UPS Kargo branch, and it has been about one week since last Monday, yet the package has still not been put out for delivery. The sender of the shipment is Hasan Cin, and inside the package there are perishable food products such as cheese, bread and olives. Due to the delay, I am very worried that these products will spoil and become unusable, which will cause financial loss and also raises concerns in terms of health and food safety. I have checked the shipment status and I keep seeing the information that my cargo has not been delivered and has not gone out for distribution for a week. I cannot reach anyone on the phone or through the branch, and I cannot get clear information about where my cargo is or why it is delayed. I request that my shipment be urgently located and delivered to my address without further delay, and that if the products have been damaged or spoiled due to this delay, my loss be compensated. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the shipment has been kept waiting for so long without being put out for delivery.
