UPS Delays Package Delivery


My shipment, handled by UPS and detailed in the attachment, was not delivered within the specified timeframe. The Elazig and Tunceli branches are unresponsive to my calls, and when contacting customer service, I receive a dismissive response stating that my request has been logged without any real solution. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue with UPS Turkey, prompting me to email every online store I use, urging them not to use UPS for shipping. I am frustrated with UPS's generally irresponsible and indifferent service policy. I demand the delivery of my package by January 5, 2023.

The cargo has gone on a country tour. Customer service has also stopped answering the phones. I recommend that companies choosing UPS rectify this mistake as soon as possible.
