On November 10, 2025, I purchased the Joie i Spin XL car seat through the E-bebek website and paid by credit card. The system shows the product as delivered to UPS on November 14, but I'm experiencing serious shipping issues. When I track the package using the tracking number on the UPS Turkey website, the package appears to be "in transit," as if it were en route from Samsun to Giresun, even though the sender address is Ordu, and this status hasn't changed for days. Despite inquiring with both the Giresun and Ordu UPS branches for about five days, they claim they haven't found such a package. E-bebek stated that they contacted the shipping company via email. They said they sent an email to UPS on November 21, 2025, regarding the package's failure to arrive, and that a request was made on November 24, 2025, and that they would contact me if they received a response. However, I still haven't received any response to the initial email. I've also sent emails, but haven't received any response. Despite providing the UPS virtual assistant with all the information, including my address, they say they can't help me and that I need to contact the shipping company. The shipping company offers no concrete action other than stating that they've placed a request. I urgently needed this car seat before my departure because I have a young baby. Not only was the product not delivered on time, but I'm also being constantly delayed and victimized by being told to "ask here, write here." Not only am I not receiving the service I paid for, but I'm also losing significant time. My order number is 5832729970. I demand that my product be located and delivered to my address immediately. Otherwise, I request a refund and that the necessary steps be taken immediately to resolve this inconvenience.
