UPS Delay - iPhone 17 Pro Max Undelivered, Causing Financial Loss

My Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max shipment (invoice amount: ₺100,000), which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Ankara on October 13, has still not been delivered by UPS. My tracking number is 1ZA5X7006877335093. Due to the delay, I was unable to travel out of town and had to cancel the training sessions I was scheduled to give on Monday and Tuesday, resulting in an estimated financial loss of around ₺40,000. I called UPS customer service five times, and each time I was told, “it will definitely be delivered today,” yet no delivery attempt was made, and the package never arrived. Apple customer service also emailed UPS, but no solution was provided. I have not received any written explanation, email, or SMS from UPS. I have no information on whether the shipment was lost or damaged because no delivery has been made. UPS’s false information and inconsistent responses disrupted my entire schedule and caused significant distress. I want to warn everyone to be cautious about such situations.
