I Sent My Package with UPS But They Delivered It to the Wrong Person in Another District

On July 17, 2025, I sent a package via UPS to Manisa. According to the tracking system, it was supposed to be delivered by Monday. However, when I checked on Tuesday, I was shocked to see that it had been delivered to someone else in a completely different district—a person and address entirely unrelated to us!

For the past three days, I’ve been calling UPS and all they tell me is, “We’re waiting to hear back from the local branch.” What exactly are you tracking for three days? The recipient is not us, the delivery location is incorrect, and yet they can’t locate the package? The name and address on the shipment are clear.

This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s mind-blowing how a logistics company of this size can mishandle a delivery so badly and still offer zero resolution or follow-up. I trusted UPS with this shipment, and now I’m left chasing a package that was wrongly delivered while they stall endlessly.

UPS needs to take responsibility, locate the package immediately, and resolve this issue without further delay. This level of service is beyond disappointing.
