Delayed TV Replacement by UPS
I bought a Teknosa TLC 58P635 series television. Unfortunately, the TV arrived damaged, and the replacement process has been ongoing for over a month. It took a month just to send the TV for shipping. The Teknosa staff has been unresponsive, promising to resolve the issue but failing to do so after a month. The TV was eventually delivered, but now there's a new issue: the agreed-upon shipping company, UPS Turkey, claims to have delivered the TV to the system but hasn't physically handed it over. UPS and Teknosa's services have been inconvenient for four days. Thank you for instilling this regret in me. I'm now requesting that my television be delivered as soon as possible.
