I Bought UnixCheats Spoofer but It Doesn’t Change Serial and Got Me Banned Instead

I purchased a spoofer from UnixCheats, expecting a working solution as advertised, but instead got a tool that only made things worse. The product is supposed to spoof hardware serials and protect me from bans, yet after following their unclear setup process, I got banned from my game for 24 hours. Their video tutorial is vague, and the instructions they provide are far from detailed or beginner-friendly. For something so sensitive and technical, the support needs to be thorough—but it’s the opposite.

Even when support appears to be "online," you can't get real help or a clear response. You’re left to guess your way through the process. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and got nowhere. This kind of customer experience is completely unacceptable for a paid product.

If you're selling a spoofer that directly affects people's ability to access their accounts, then you need to provide proper guidance and live, competent technical support.
