Under Armour Refuses to Replace Two Shirts That Ripped After First Wash
I purchased two t-shirts from the Under Armour store at Optimum Mall, and within just one week, both shirts developed holes after a single wash. I always wash new clothes before wearing them, so this was their first wash, and I haven’t even worn them yet.
When I took the shirts back to the store, no one seemed interested in helping. They told me the items would be sent to the factory for inspection. However, it’s been a month, and there has been no update or resolution. For an issue that appeared within one week, even an average company would immediately approve an exchange, but Under Armour has been delaying and ignoring us.
I expect a prompt product exchange or refund and a proper explanation for why such poor-quality items were sold under this brand.
