Under Armour Shoes’ Mesh Torn in 3 Months, Warranty Claim Denied

January 3, 2025 12:04 AM24

This was my first time using Under Armour, and it’s been a huge disappointment. After just three months of light use, the mesh on the left shoe ripped, leaving a visible hole. Meanwhile, the right shoe remains perfectly fine, which makes no sense to me. I sent the shoes for warranty evaluation, expecting a resolution, but after waiting a month, my claim was rejected with no clear explanation.

I’m extremely frustrated. How does a brand like Under Armour ignore such an obvious quality issue? For a product at this price point, I expected much better durability and customer service. I regret purchasing this product and would not recommend it unless the company addresses this issue and improves their warranty process.
