Defective Zippers on Under Armour Golf Pants – Poor Customer Support at Galataport Store
I purchased three pairs of 5-pocket golf pants from Under Armour, and each one has the same issue with the zipper, which appears to be a manufacturing defect. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the Galataport store, I was told to return the items to the original store of purchase rather than having them sent to the headquarters from their location. I even offered to leave the items there for them to handle the return, but they refused, showing a complete lack of willingness to assist. I expected much better service and support from a brand like Under Armour, known for its quality. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care in addressing this issue and hope Under Armour can resolve this promptly.
