Amazon Halloween Tops Not Delivered After Payment Was Taken

I placed an order on Amazon on September 19 for two Halloween tops for women, under the name Marsha P***. The payment for this order was taken from my account on September 22, but I have still not received my items. I live in Covington, Louisiana, USA, and no delivery has been made to my address. After I placed the order, I never received any email from Amazon about the order confirmation, shipment, delay, or a new estimated delivery date. I have not received any information about where my order is or when it will arrive, even though the payment was successfully collected. I kindly request that my order be located and that both Halloween tops be delivered to me as soon as possible, or that Amazon provide a clear solution.
