I Used Under Armour Shoes for 3 Months and the Seams Split Despite the 2-Year Warranty

I bought a pair of Under Armour shoes from the Viaport store, and after only 3 months of occasional use, the seams started to come apart. I returned the shoes for inspection, expecting a reasonable resolution under the 2-year warranty. However, they sent back a report stating that the damage was not due to a production defect.
How can the adhesive at the connection points of a shoe separate due to “user error” after such a short time? This explanation is completely unacceptable. I’ve owned countless shoes from various brands, and none have failed this quickly—especially not in such a specific area like the seams. It’s clear that this is a manufacturing or material quality issue.
Worse, their customer service didn’t even bother to offer a proper explanation or follow-up—they just sent a brief message and closed the case. I expected better from a brand like Under Armour. I now regret not buying from a local seller, where I might have received more care.
I demand that Under Armour take responsibility and either repair or replace the shoes. If this is how they handle warranty claims, it will be my last purchase from the brand.
