Under Armour Shoes Damaged After 4 Months – Warranty Denied as "User Error"

About 4 months ago, I purchased a pair of Under Armour sneakers, and now the leather is wearing down, and the sides are starting to come apart. I sent the shoes in for a warranty claim through Boyner, but they responded by saying it was "user error." I take good care of my shoes, and this kind of damage should not happen so quickly. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and the response I received. I expected better durability and customer service from Under Armour. If the shoes can’t even last 4 months, how can this be considered my fault? I would appreciate a resolution to this issue.
