Why Did Umingle Ban Me Instantly Over a Single Conversation Message?

I am using Umingle on my iPhone and my account was suddenly banned on 11 June 2026 after a chat message I sent. In the conversation, I only asked the other person if he was a top, bottom, or vers, and right after that Umingle banned my account, stating that my message was explicit. I did not use any insults or harassment, and I was not aware that this kind of question would be considered a violation serious enough to result in a ban. I find this situation unfair and disproportionate, as my intention was not to violate the rules or disturb anyone, and I was not given any prior warning. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that the ban decision be reviewed in detail. If possible, I would also like to be informed clearly which exact rule my message was considered to have violated, so that I can avoid any similar problems in the future.
