I am writing about my Umingle account, which was banned on the grounds that I am under 18, even though I am 27 years old. My account has been banned for about two days. After the ban, I contacted Umingle support by email and sent my government-issued ID to clearly prove my age, but I have still not received any response. My ban ID is 94a9b93a. I am over 18 and have already provided my official ID, so I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible and that it not be banned again in the future for the same incorrect reason.
