Unban Request For Saying M Or F

My Umingle account was suddenly banned right after I simply typed “m or f” in the chat. I was not aware that this phrase could lead to a ban, and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation before the ban was applied. When I tried to access my account, I saw a screen stating that my account was banned for “Gender Searching” and that I could only get it back by paying 5.99 EUR, with payment options such as PayPal and card. I find it unfair and inappropriate that I am being asked to pay money just to regain access to my account after a single short message like “m or f”. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that this ban decision be reviewed carefully. I also ask you to clearly explain why this message led to such a strict penalty and to ensure that users are not forced to pay to recover their accounts in similar situations.
