Unban My Umingle Account Please And Ban Those Who Trick People

I am writing regarding my Umingle website account, which has just been banned a few minutes ago while I was using the platform from the Philippines. The ban occurred right after a stranger in chat told me to type the word “m11”. I typed it without knowing what it meant or that it might violate any rules, and immediately afterward my account was banned with a simple on‑screen notice saying that I am banned, without any clear explanation. I did not receive any detailed reason or warning, and I had no intention of breaking your rules or using any offensive or prohibited term. I simply followed what another user told me to type, not understanding its meaning or possible consequences. I kindly request that you review this incident, including the relevant chat logs, and unban my account. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the exact rule that was considered violated, so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
