Umingle Unban Request Or Review

I am writing regarding an unfair ban I received on the Umingle website today. I am 18 years old, a female user from Italy, and I was banned after I wrote “M11” in the chat. I only wrote this because another person in the chat told me to write it as a prank, and I genuinely did not know what it meant at the time. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding, because my intention was not to violate any rules or behave inappropriately. The other person deliberately pranked me by suggesting that I type “M11” and I simply followed without being aware of the meaning or possible consequences. I kindly request that you review the full chat history of this incident, and if possible also review any available video related to that moment, so you can clearly see that the other person instructed me to write “M11” as a prank. Based on this, I am asking you to remove the ban from my account. I would like to continue using Umingle normally and I hope this situation can be resolved by reconsidering the decision.
