I am an active Umingle user and I am already 21 years old, but the application treats me as if I am only 18 years old. In my profile, my date of birth is written as 15-04-2005 and, because of this, I am unable to complete the verification process. For about a week I have been experiencing this problem and I do not understand how to change or correct my date of birth in the application, so I cannot proceed with verification. This situation is preventing me from using the application as I should. I kindly request clear and detailed guidance from Umingle on how I can correct my date of birth information or what steps I should follow so that my real age is recognized and I can complete verification without any issues.
