I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was banned last night while I was using the service on a web browser. The ban reason stated that I am under 18, but I am in fact an adult and will be 19 in less than two weeks. I believe this decision was made in error and I would like my account to be reviewed and unbanned, as I meet the age requirement to use the platform.
