Umingle “Instant Unban” Issue

I am writing regarding a ban that was just applied to my Umingle account with Ban ID e6292994. A few minutes ago I was talking with another user and we were having a normal, friendly conversation. We were talking about colors, and she mentioned a color that sounded like “nude purple”. Because I did not hear it clearly, I typed the word “nude” to confirm what she meant. Right after I sent that message, my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Explicit messages”. I did not send any sexual, offensive, or intentionally explicit content. I was only trying to clarify the color name I heard in our conversation. I kindly request that you review the chat logs for this Ban ID e6292994 and reconsider this decision. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding caused by an automatic filter that reacted to the word “nude” without the actual context. I would be very grateful if you could lift the ban and restore my access to Umingle without requiring any payment for an “instant unban”. Thank you for your time and understanding.
