Today my account on Umingle was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Explicit messages” Ban ID: 0746dc14. The only word I used in the chat before this ban was “naughty” and I did not send any explicit or sexual content beyond that single word. I believe this decision is a misunderstanding of the context and that the ban is disproportionate. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, including the chat history around this incident, and that the ban be removed if no other explicit content is found. I expect my access to be restored and the “explicit messages” flag to be removed from my profile, as it does not reflect my actual behavior on the platform.
