Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me Before I Ever Used the Website

I am a 24‑year‑old user from the Philippines and I recently tried to access the Umingle website through Google Chrome after seeing it frequently on my Facebook feed and in content from influencers. However, despite never having used Umingle before, the site shows a message stating that I am banned and offers an “Instant Unban” option for 149 PHP. On the screen it says that I am banned and shows a reason related to gender searching, and at one point it also mentioned that I was a minor, which is completely incorrect because I am 24 years old. I have never created an account on Umingle before, so I do not understand why I am banned or why I am being asked to pay to remove a ban for something I did not do. I request that you investigate this situation, explain clearly why this ban has been applied to me, remove the ban from my access, and ensure that there is no record on your side incorrectly flagging me as a minor or as violating your rules. I also ask that my access be restored without requiring any payment, since I have never used the service before and have not committed any violation.
