Umingle Wrong "Under 18" Ban (ID 0e712106) - Appeal

I was recently banned from the Umingle website while using it as a guest. The ban screen shows the reason as “Under 18” and displays my Ban ID as 0e712106, along with an offer to pay for an “Instant Unban”. This ban decision is clearly incorrect, because I am over 28 years old and not underage. I believe that an automated system has wrongly flagged me and that this has resulted in an unjust restriction on my access to the service. I kindly request that my case be manually reviewed based on my actual age and that this ban be removed without any payment requirement. I also ask you to inform me how my age was determined and what criteria or data were used to classify me as “Under 18”.
