Umingle Unfair Ban For Wearing Hijab

I am writing about a ban that was imposed on my Umingle account today through the website. I was reported for “inappropriate content” simply because I was wearing a hijab and someone accused me of not being a real Muslim, which is both hurtful and completely untrue. After this report, my account was banned and I now see a “You are banned” message with a Ban ID and an option for “Instant Unban” only if I pay $9.99. I find it unacceptable and discriminatory that my account was banned following such a report and that I am being asked to pay money in order to regain access. I am a real Muslim and my hijab is part of my identity. I did not share any inappropriate content. I believe this ban and the pay-to-unban requirement are unfair, and the situation makes me feel discriminated against based on my religious appearance. I kindly request that my ban be lifted immediately without any payment and that Umingle provide an apology for this situation. I also expect that Umingle review its moderation and reporting processes so that users are not unfairly banned or pressured to pay after baseless or discriminatory reports.
