Unban My Umingle ID

My Umingle ID has been banned on the platform I use from my laptop, and I am asking for my account to be unbanned. When I try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message with the reason stated as “Inappropriate Content” and an “Instant Unban” option that asks for a payment of 9.99 USD. I am a contractor and I was using my face filter, and I do not accept that my ID is banned in this way or that I should pay to have it unbanned up. I already contacted Umingle support about this and instead of solving the problem, I only received the answer to ban my ID, which did not help and did not explain the situation. I request that my Umingle ID be unbanned without any payment, that my account access be restored, and that a clear explanation be given about the reason for this ban.
