Umingle Requests Payment to Unblock an Adult Account

I am an adult user over 20 years old and use Umingle on an Android device. Every time I want to use my account, it gets blocked and a message appears stating that I am under 18 years old, followed by a request for payment in order to unblock the account. I have never made any such payment. I am over 18 years old and I believe this block and the payment request are unfair. I request that my Umingle account be unblocked without any payment requirement and that this age-related restriction be removed from my account.
