Umingle Account Banned After Incorrect Age Verification

I have been using Umingle on the web via my Android phone, and on 27 September between about 10:15 and 10:20 my account was suddenly banned on the grounds that I am under 18. I am in fact over 18 years old and meet the age requirement for the platform. Because I was mistakenly flagged as underage, I can no longer access my account or use the service. I have not been given any clear explanation and I have not received any payment or refund, as I am only asking for my access back. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed, that the age assessment be corrected, and that my account be unbanned as soon as possible so I can continue using the service.
