Umingle Mistakenly Banned Me as Under 18 – Request Ban Removal Urgently
Today, while trying to use Umingle from Pakistan, I suddenly received a ban notice stating that I am “under 18,” even though I am not underage. The ban screen shows Ban ID: 816c2bb4 and the reason as “Under 18.” My account was not previously connected to an email or profile, so I believe the ban has been applied to my IP address or device rather than to a specific registered account. My age has never been verified by Umingle and I was not given any option to submit ID or prove that I am over 18. I also could not find any active online support channel or contact form to resolve this situation, so I have no way to clear this misunderstanding directly with Umingle. I request that you review this ban linked to my usage and remove it, as I am not under 18 and would like to continue using Umingle. If necessary, I am ready to verify my age through a proper and secure process so that my access can be restored.
Please remove the unban because this is the only way for me too meet people with same interests as mine.I hope you will remove the ban
Long story short some people were pressuring me to reveal my personal info so i thought that i could make an excuse of being a minor so i wrote them a message saying that i is teenager with random age which instantly got me banned if i knew about the rules i would have not send that messsage please unban me. Yours truly.
