Unban Me Please - I'm Over 18+

I use Umingle on my Windows PC and recently discovered that my account was banned with the Ban ID 1030f360 for the reason “Under 18”. This is a mistake, as I am over 18 years old and meet the age requirement for using the platform. I did not receive any prior warning or clear notification about this ban; I only realized it when I tried to use the site and was shocked to see that I was banned. I normally access Umingle without using an email or other linked account, so I have limited ways to verify my profile, but I am fully prepared to prove that I am over 18 if needed. I kindly request that my account ban with Ban ID 1030f360 be removed as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle. I also ask that you review your age verification process in my case, as this suspension appears to have been applied in error.
