Umingle Gender Searching Ban Over “Girls” Message

My Umingle account with the username “Mae” and the Google email address “shielama****[email protected]” has just been banned while I was using the app from the Philippines. At the time of the ban, I was only using the text chat feature and wrote the word “girls”. I did not write “m” or “f”. According to Umingle’s rules, users are told not to say “m” or “f” because Umingle is not a dating app. I respected this rule and only said “girls” because I am new to the platform and only want to make friends. After this, my account was banned for “Gender Searching” and I now see a “You are banned” screen showing Ban ID: 2c178761 and asking me to pay 149 PHP to remove the ban. I believe this is unfair, because I followed the written rules and did not search for “m” or “f”. I feel I have been mistaken for someone breaking the rules, and I should not have to pay money to restore my access. I kindly request that you review my chat history around the time of the ban, verify that I only wrote “girls” and did not use “m” or “f”, cancel the “Gender Searching” ban linked to ID 2c178761, and remove the 149 PHP payment requirement so that my account can be unbanned and I can continue using Umingle under your rules.
