Umingle Demands Rs499 to Remove an Account Ban

I have been using Umingle with the email address taqi8***@gmail.com on a free account and I was suddenly banned a few minutes ago. The reason shown on the screen is “Under 18” with Ban ID eee1e19f, and it also shows an option to remove the ban for Rs499. I was banned right after another user asked me to type “m16 for magic” in the chat. I did not violate any rules intentionally, and I was not informed clearly that this would be against the platform rules or that it could result in a permanent ban. I believe this ban is unfair and based on a misunderstanding, as the reason shown on the screen does not match what actually happened. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban on my account be lifted without asking for any payment, and that I be allowed to continue using Umingle under the rules. I also ask that you clarify what exactly in my actions violated your terms so that similar issues do not happen again.
