Umingle Banned My Account Without Giving Any Warning Or Reason

I have been using the Umingle texting service and my account was suddenly banned yesterday while I was talking with a stranger through the app. When I tried to open the application again, I only saw a message that my account was banned, without any clear and detailed explanation. I suspect that the ban may be related to sexual content in the chat, but I did not receive any prior warning, detailed reason, or chance to correct my behavior. I believe the decision was taken abruptly and I would like a clear explanation of which message or behavior violated which rule. I request that my account and chat history be reviewed carefully and that I be given a detailed written explanation about the reason for the ban. If possible, I also request that my Umingle texting account be reactivated or that I be given the opportunity to open a new account in line with the platform rules.
