Please Reopen My Umingle Account After False Underage Detection

Hello Umingle Team,

My Umingle account has been automatically banned with Ban ID: cbf1a7a5 because the system detected that I am under 18 years old. However, this is a misunderstanding because I am currently 19 years old and fully meet the age requirement to use Umingle.

I access Umingle through Safari, and my login email address is nurulhikmahfadil*****@gmail.com. The ban happened today, and since then, I have no longer been able to access or use Umingle normally.

I am fully willing to provide and verify my official identity card or any other required documents to confirm my real age if necessary. I believe the system may have made an incorrect automatic detection regarding my age information.
