Umingle Banned as Under 18 Despite Being 19

I have been using the Opera GX browser in Germany, and my Umingle account with the ban ID 15d6aca5 was suddenly banned with the reason “Under 18.” I am actually 19 years old, so this reason is incorrect and has caused an unfair restriction on my use of the browser. I noticed the ban when I opened Opera GX and saw the message stating that I was banned for being under 18, together with an option to remove the ban for 5,99 €. I did not receive any prior warning, and I did not do anything that should justify such a ban, especially not on the basis of age. I request that my Opera GX ban be lifted as soon as possible, that my account and use of the browser be fully restored, and that any age-related flag on my account be corrected to reflect that I am 19 years old. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this ban was applied and why I was asked to pay to remove it.
