Umingle Ban Wrongly Marked Under 18 After Typing “F12”
I was using Umingle on my iPhone for video chatting when my account was suddenly banned. During a video chat, the person on the other side told me to type “F12” and I did so and sent “F12” in the chat. Right after this, my account was banned. When I tried to open Umingle again, I saw a screen saying “You are banned” with the Ban ID ab4d121f and the reason written as “Under 18”. I am not under 18, and I did not do anything inappropriate or against the rules during the video chat. I believe this ban was triggered unfairly right after I typed “F12” as the other user asked. I also see that the app is asking for 34.99 SAR for “Instant Unban” via Apple Pay or credit card. I find it very unfair that I have to pay money to remove a ban that I consider to be a mistake. I kindly request that my Umingle account linked to the email address yedhukri***[email protected] be checked again and that the ban with Ban ID ab4d121f be removed without any payment, as I am not under 18 and did not violate the platform rules.
