I Didn’t Break Rules but Umingle Banned My Account and Wants Payment

I have been using Umingle.com through the Chrome browser on my Tecno Android phone, and my account was suddenly banned even though I did not use any inappropriate language or violate the platform’s rules.
The platform is now asking me to pay 146 pesos to restore access to my account, while falsely accusing me of using offensive language. This accusation is not true, and I find it unfair that my account has been blocked and that I am being asked to pay to regain access when I did nothing wrong.
I am requesting that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that this incorrect accusation be removed from my account record.
