Uhmegle Banned My Account for “Asking Gender” Without Proof

I was using Uhmegle, and was suddenly banned while I was in the middle of a chat. The reason given was “asking gender.” However, I did not ask about anyone’s gender at any point in the conversation, so I believe this ban is unjustified.

After the ban, I was unable to access my account, and the app is now asking me to pay 29 AED to have my account unbanned. I find it unacceptable to be charged to recover an account that was banned for a reason I do not agree with and for an action I did not commit.

I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and reinstated without any payment requirement, and that this wrongful ban be removed from my record so I can continue using the platform normally.
