Umingle Ban for “Gender Searching” After Typing “asl” Accidentally

I have been using Umingle for only about two days, and my account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” The ban screen shows the Ban ID ef481942 and offers only a paid “Instant Unban” option for 149 PHP through a credit card payment form. The only thing I remember doing that could be related is that I accidentally typed “asl” in the chat. I did not intend to violate any rules, and I did not receive any warning or clear explanation before being banned. I find it unfair that my account is permanently restricted and that I am being asked to pay to lift a ban that I believe was given without a valid reason. I request that my ban be reviewed in detail based on Ban ID ef481942, that the ban be removed if no serious violation is found, and that I be allowed to continue using my account without having to make any payment. I also ask for a clear explanation of what exactly “Gender Searching” means and how my behavior justified such a penalty so that I can avoid any issues in the future.
