Umingle Appeal For Account Ban

I have been using Umingle with a free account for about a month, and my account was suddenly banned around three weeks ago. The ban screen states that the reason is being under 18, and it even shows a Ban ID and an “Instant Unban” option against payment, although I am over 18 years old. I have not changed my age information, used a VPN or done anything unusual before the ban. I contacted Umingle support after seeing this message, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account be reviewed based on my real age information and that this unjust ban be lifted without asking me to make any payment.
