Umingle Algorithm Misinterprets Text Translation as Community Guideline Violation

On 17 August my Umingle user account was suddenly banned with the explanation that I had sent explicit messages. I did not knowingly share any explicit content. Another user had sent me a message in a different language and asked me to translate it. I translated the text and sent it back to him to show the translation, and right after that my account was banned. Until this incident I was always trying to contribute positively to the platform by reporting content and users that do not comply with the community guidelines, because I want Umingle to be a safe and good app. I have never intended to violate any rule or share anything harmful. I kindly request that my account and the relevant chat be carefully reviewed so that it can be seen that I did not act with bad intentions and did not knowingly send explicit content. I also ask for my account ban to be lifted and my access restored, as I believe this is a misunderstanding.
