Wrongly Flagged as Under 18 and Locked Out of My Umingle Account

I am an Umingle user accessing the service via the website, and on 11/05/2026 at around 6:00 a.m. my account was banned with a message stating that I am under 18. Since that date I have not been able to use my account because of this ban. I am actually over 18 years old and I am ready to verify my age with my Aadhaar or any other official ID document if needed. I request that my account be reviewed and that the “under 18” ban be removed so that my account can be fully restored and I can continue using Umingle without restrictions.
