Unban My Umingle Account

I had an active account on umingle.com registered with the email address sumandoj***@gmail.com. Recently my account was banned on the basis that I was under 18 years old. However, this information is no longer correct, as I am already 19 years old and my date of birth is 4 November 2006. Because of this ban, I am unable to use my account even though I currently meet the age requirement. I tried to look for a support or help system on umingle.com to resolve this situation, but I could not find any way to contact them directly. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated, taking into account that I am now over 18. I would like this unjust ban to be lifted so that I can continue to use the service in line with their terms of use.
