Umingle Account Banned for “Messaggi Espliciti”

While chatting with a user through the text-based live messaging feature on the Umingle app, my account was suddenly banned without any warning for “messaggi espliciti.” The ban occurred just a few minutes ago while the conversation was still ongoing.

During the conversation, I only asked the other person how many centimeters they were. I understand that this question may have been considered inappropriate, and if my behavior violated the platform’s rules, I apologize. However, I did not send any nude or explicit images, sexually explicit messages, insults, or other serious sexual content.

I have not contacted the app’s support or help team yet, as I wanted to report the situation here first. I request that you review which specific message and rule led to my ban, reconsider the penalty if possible, and reactivate my account.

I also want to emphasize that I am willing to be more careful in the future so that I can follow the platform’s rules and avoid similar misunderstandings.
