Unban Umingle And Forced Changes

I have been using the Umingle website, but my account has recently been blocked and I now see a “You are banned” screen. On this screen, the ban reason is shown as “Gender Searching” and I am offered an “Instant Unban” only if I pay 99 Rupees. I do not accept being forced to make a payment in order to regain access to my account, especially with such a vague and unclear reason. I had submitted support requests to Umingle about this ban, but I have not received any response or explanation. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment and that I be allowed to continue using the service as before, or at least that I am given a clear and satisfactory explanation for this ban.
