I did not use the app to search by gender or violate this rule, so I believe this ban may be a mistake or a misjudgment. My ban ID is 21bd05fd. In the ban screen, there is also an option to lift the ban instantly for 79.99 EGP, which feels unfair when I did not commit the violation stated. I kindly ask you to carefully review my case, check my usage history, and lift this ban or take whatever action you find fair. I would appreciate it if you could give real attention to this situation and restore my access to Umingle if you confirm that I did not break the rules.
