I have been using the Umingle application on my Android device and on 9 October my account with ID 0047d040 was suddenly banned. The stated reason was “explicit message to the opposite person”. In that chat I was only texting the other person in a friendly way and I did not send any explicit, sexual or inappropriate message. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding or a mistake by the system. I kindly request that you urgently review my account with ID 0047d040 and the related chat history again and remove the ban on my account, so that I can continue using Umingle normally.
