Umingle Blocked My Chat Access Suddenly Without Reason

I have been using Umingle through the web platform, and on May 5 at around 10:00 AM, I suddenly became unable to open my conversations and saw that my account had been banned from the chat feature.

I did not receive any prior warning or a clear explanation regarding this action. As of now, I have not been able to contact Umingle support to understand or resolve the issue.

I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that my ban be lifted, and that my access to Umingle chat be restored. Alternatively, I ask to be provided with a clear explanation and evidence regarding the reason for this ban.
